PASTA WITH GARLIC

INGREDIENTS FOR
4 PEOPLE

  • 400gr of spaghetti
  • 100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 dry garlic cloves or 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 10/15 basil leaves
  • 6/8 peeled red tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • almonds – toasted and minced almonds
  • salt
  •  TIME: 20 min

PREPARATION


TRADIZIONALE METHOD
Get a mortar and crush the garlic, basil and a pinch of salt. Add the chopped tomato and finally oil and pecorino.

MODERN METHOD
Put garlic, basil, 50 ml of oil and some tomatoes in a blender. Finally add the other tomatoes, the rest of the oil and pecorino.
Once the pasta is cooked, season it with pesto, sprinkled with pecorino cheese, and you want to add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs and toasted and chopped almonds.
