TYPES OF OLIVES
NOCELLARA
Spherical, large size, resembling the shape of a walnut (noce in Italian), hence the name Nocellara.
CERASUOLA
Medium size, with maturity resembles the shape and colors of cherry (Cerasa in Sicilian), hence the name Cerasuola.
BIANCOLILLA
Small size light green Biancastro olive, assuming a purple/lilac color during maturation, hence the name Biancolilla
