In the Heart of the Belice Valley

Our oil mill was founded in Santa Ninfa, in an area deeply connected to the culture of extra virgin olive oil. We are located a stone's throw from the Santa Ninfa Caves Nature Reserve and just 10 km from the famous Cretto di Burri, one of the most important works of Land Art in Italy.

Our Cultivars

We safeguard the native cultivars of our territory, cultivating them according to traditional practices that respect biodiversity, preserve the memory of the Mediterranean landscape, and enhance a unique agricultural heritage
