How do we get such GLORIOUS oil!

1. We select the best green and healthy olives

2. Harvesting is done by hand.

3. Transport and storage of olives in ventilated crates

4. Cold pressing in a 2-phase system within 12/24 hours of harvesting

5. The oil is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel silos with nitrogen top-ups

6. Mechanized bottling and quality control
